This Tile & Stone Sealing and Cleaning Kit provides a practical all-in-one system for applying sealers, cleaning tiled surfaces and buffing away excess product for a professional finish.
The kit combines a four-section 152cm screw-fit handle with a multi-directional floor pad holder, white microfibre applicator pads, blue microfibre sealing and cleaning cloths and a red medium scrubbing pad. The adjustable handle allows floor work to be carried out from a standing position and can also be shortened when working on walls.
Designed for both domestic and professional users, the system helps make sealing and cleaning faster and more efficient. It is suitable for a wide range of tile and stone surfaces, with the exception of natural sandstone where the rough surface is unsuitable for the applicator pad.

4 Section Screw-Fit Handle
The durable plastic-coated steel handle consists of four 38cm sections that screw together as required, providing an extended reach of up to 152cm / 4.98ft.
Use the handle at full length when sealing or cleaning floors, or reduce the number of sections when working on walls and other areas where a shorter handle is more convenient.
The bottom section is threaded for secure attachment of compatible Interchange cleaning brushes and pad holders. A hanging ring is also included for convenient storage.
Multi-Directional Floor Pad Holder
The UK-made 25cm pad holder is designed to be strong, lightweight and highly chemical resistant. It attaches to the large thread on the four-section handle, allowing sealing and cleaning work to be carried out from a standing position.
The holder can be used with the supplied sealing applicator pads and compatible 25cm x 11cm emulsifying pads, allowing the system to be used for a range of sealing and tile cleaning applications.

White Microfibre Applicator Pads
The supplied white Multi Surface Tool microfibre pads are manufactured from lint-free, 100% colourfast material, making them suitable for use when applying compatible tile and stone sealers.
The pads attach securely to the hooks on the floor pad holder and are designed to remain firmly in position during application. The high-quality microfibre construction also provides effective pick-up of dirt and dust when used for compatible cleaning applications.
Blue Microfibre Sealing & Cleaning Cloths
The two lint-free blue microfibre cloths are ideal for buffing away excess sealer and finishing waxed surfaces. Their colourfast, lint-free construction also makes them suitable for applying compatible sealers and polishes to tiled surfaces.
The cloths can be washed by hand or machine once soiled to restore their effectiveness and prolong their usable life.

Red Scrubbing Pad
The supplied red pad provides medium scrubbing action and is suitable for cleaning compatible smooth and polished stone surfaces.
How to Use
1. Assemble the Handle: Screw together the required number of handle sections. Use all four sections for maximum reach when working on floors or fewer sections when working on walls.
2. Attach the Holder: Secure the multi-directional floor pad holder to the threaded end of the handle.
3. Fit the Appropriate Pad: Attach a white microfibre pad for compatible sealing applications or use the appropriate cleaning pad for the surface and task.
4. Apply or Clean: Apply the chosen sealer or cleaning product according to its manufacturer's instructions, working evenly across the surface.
5. Buff if Required: When sealing, use the supplied lint-free blue microfibre cloths to remove excess sealer and help achieve an even finish.
6. Clean After Use: Clean reusable pads, cloths and equipment as appropriate for the product used and allow them to dry before storage.

Important Information
- Not recommended for use with the applicator pad on natural sandstone, as the surface can be too rough
- Always select the correct pad for the surface and application
- When using cleaning chemicals or sealers, always follow the relevant product manufacturer's instructions
- Test sealing and cleaning products on an inconspicuous area before full application where required
- On honed or polished tile floors, use the lint-free microfibre cloths to remove excess sealer and achieve an even finish
- Compatible emulsifying pads and additional brush attachments are purchased separately unless otherwise stated
