Karndean Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is a solvent-free, high-grab flooring adhesive specially formulated for the installation of Karndean luxury vinyl tiles and planks in stable indoor environments.

Its pressure-sensitive formulation combines strong adhesion with an extended working time, allowing flooring to be accurately positioned during installation. Applied using an A2 notched trowel, the adhesive requires approximately 20 minutes airing time before installation and provides up to 120 minutes working time under suitable conditions.

Available in 2.5 litre and 5 litre sizes, Karndean Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is suitable for residential and commercial gluedown flooring installations where temperatures remain stable and the area is protected from direct sunlight.

How to Use

1. Prepare the Subfloor: Ensure the subfloor is correctly prepared, clean, smooth, dry and suitable for the flooring installation.

2. Apply the Adhesive: Spread Karndean Pressure Sensitive Adhesive evenly across the prepared subfloor using an A2 notched trowel.

3. Allow to Air: Allow approximately 20 minutes airing time before laying the flooring.

4. Install the Flooring: Once the adhesive has reached the appropriate tack, install the Karndean tiles or planks in accordance with Karndean's installation instructions.

5. Working Time: The adhesive provides up to approximately 120 minutes working time under suitable installation conditions.

6. Complete the Installation: Finish the installation in accordance with Karndean's current guidance and the instructions supplied with the adhesive.
