LTP Colour Intensifier & Stainblock H2O is a professional water-based impregnating sealer designed to enhance the natural colour and appearance of natural and artificial stone while providing strong protection against water, oil, grease, dirt and staining.
The low-odour formula penetrates into the surface without forming a coating, helping protect against staining while allowing the material to breathe. It also helps reduce efflorescence and leaves an attractive enhanced natural finish.
Suitable for interior and exterior walls and floors, it can be used on a wide range of honed, rough-cut, textured, riven and polished stone surfaces.

How to Use
1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry and free from dirt, grime, cement and grout residues before application.
2. Cleaning if Required: If necessary, clean the surface first using LTP Grimex diluted approximately 1:10 with water. Scrub using a suitable white nylon pad, rinse thoroughly and allow the surface to dry for approximately 24 hours.
3. Shake Well: Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
4. Apply: Apply the sealer using the appropriate method for the surface finish, ensuring an even application.
5. Remove Excess: On dense, smooth or polished surfaces, do not allow excess product to remain on the surface. Remove any visible residue as directed below.
Rough, Tumbled, Textured or Riven Surfaces
Apply generously and evenly using a foam roller or paint brush.
On highly absorbent surfaces, apply additional coats at approximately hourly intervals until the surface is sufficiently saturated.
Honed, Smooth & Polished Surfaces
Apply evenly using a sealant applicator, lint-free cloth, lambswool applicator or sponge and allow the surface to dry.
If any residual sealer remains visible after approximately one hour, remove it by rubbing the surface with a clean microfibre cloth.
For larger areas, suitable application machinery can be used. On vertical surfaces, apply the product from the bottom upwards to help achieve an even finish.
Coverage
Coverage depends heavily on the porosity, texture and absorbency of the surface and the number of coats required.
Highly porous surfaces will require more product, while dense or polished surfaces will provide considerably greater coverage. Always carry out a test application to determine the required quantity and final appearance before treating the complete surface.
Aftercare

Interior Floors: Use a suitable pH-neutral maintenance cleaner such as LTP Waxwash

Walls & Work Surfaces: LTP Stonewash or LTP Multipurpose Cleaner can be used

Exterior Surfaces: Maintain using an appropriate LTP exterior cleaning product such as LTP Grimex when required
Important Information
- Always test on an inconspicuous area before full application
- Surface must be clean and dry before treatment
- Shake well before use
- Do not leave excess product sitting on dense or polished surfaces
- Remove visible residue with a clean microfibre cloth
- Additional coats may be required on highly absorbent surfaces
- Protect surrounding surfaces that are not being treated
- Clean brushes and application equipment with water after use
- Follow the current product label and technical instructions before use
