Lithofin MN SLATE SEAL  is a ready to use sealant containing highy quality acrylates and organic solvents.

Lithofin MN SLATE SEAL forms a high gloss finish on the tile surface, which closes the pores of the stone. This treatment prevents water and dirt from penetrating into the surface, making it easier to maintain. Suitable for indoor use only and is not recommended for worktops or bathrooms.

The colour structure of the stone is intensified and develops a ‘wet look’.    With the correct maintenance and dependent of wear and tear. MN SLATE SEAL will last for several years.

Directions for use:

The surface to be treated must be clean and completley dry. Always try the product in an inconspicuous area prior to use.   Evenly apply with a clean foam roller or brush. In the case of highly absorbent surfaces it may be neccessary to apply a second thin coat.

 MN SLATE SEAL should be applied in temperatures between 5c and 25c

Drying Time:

Safe to walk on after approx 45 minutes. completely dry after 24 hours.

Coverage:

Approx 10m2 per litre on rough limestone

Approx 12m2 per litre on sawn granite

Approx 20m2 per litre on honed surfaces
