How to Use

1. Test First: Always create a test area before treating the complete surface.

2. Apply: Apply Lithofin MN Outdoor Cleaner generously and evenly, undiluted, using a garden sprayer or similar suitable applicator.

3. Allow to Work: Leave for approximately 2 hours under normal conditions. For very heavy or stubborn contamination, the working time can be extended up to approximately 10 hours. Where practical, the product may be left to work overnight.

4. Agitate & Rinse: After the required contact time, brush or agitate the surface and wash thoroughly with clean water.

5. Repeat if Required: Particularly stubborn contamination may require a second treatment.

6. Clean Equipment: Clean the sprayer and all application equipment thoroughly with clean water immediately after use.

Dilution

Ready to use. Apply undiluted.

Application Conditions

• Recommended Quantity: Approximately 100ml/m²
• Normal Working Time: Approximately 2 hours
• Heavy Soiling: Up to approximately 10 hours
• Surface Temperature: 10°C–25°C
• Protect treated areas from rain for approximately 4 hours
• Do not apply to heated or hot surfaces

Coverage

• Typical Coverage: Approximately 5–10m² per litre

• Actual coverage depends on surface condition and the severity of contamination

Further Treatment

A few days after cleaning, Lithofin recommends treating the surface with Lithofin ALGEX and repeating this treatment annually. This helps keep outdoor surfaces clean and bright and reduces the recurrence of green deposits.

For additional protection, suitable stone surfaces can be treated with Lithofin Splash-Stop >W<. This makes the stone water-repellent, helping to reduce contamination and the formation of algae.
