Lithofin MN Builders Clean - 1 Litre

How to Use

1. Pre-Wet the Surface: Thoroughly wet the surface with clean water before applying Lithofin MN Builders' Clean.

2. Prepare the Solution: Depending on the type and severity of contamination, use the product undiluted or dilute with water up to approximately 1:10.

3. Apply: Apply the solution evenly over the wet surface using a suitable scrubbing brush or cleaning equipment.

4. Allow to Work: Leave the product to work for a few minutes. Do not allow the product or cleaning solution to dry on the surface.

5. Agitate: Scrub the surface thoroughly to loosen cement residue, efflorescence, rust and other contamination.

6. Rinse: Remove the dirty cleaning solution and rinse the treated surface thoroughly with plenty of clean water.

7. Repeat if Required: For stubborn contamination, repeat the treatment if necessary. For particularly persistent or recurring rust discolouration, Lithofin recommends subsequent treatment with Lithofin BERO.

Dilution

• Heavy / Stubborn Contamination: Use undiluted where appropriate
• General Cleaning: Dilute with water according to the level of contamination
• Maximum Dilution: Up to approximately 1:10 with water

Coverage

• Typical Coverage: Approximately 15–30m² per litre depending on dirt and substrate
• Suitable Polished Acid-Resistant Surfaces: Up to approximately 50m² per litre
• Actual coverage depends on dilution, surface condition and level of contamination

Important Information

• Only use on acid-resistant surfaces
• Do not use on polished marble
• Do not use on finely honed marble
• Do not use on polished or finely honed acid-sensitive limestone
• Do not use on other acid-sensitive materials
• Some blue and black granites may be sensitive to acidic cleaners
• Always test on an inconspicuous area before full application
• Protect chrome, anodised surfaces, glazed wood, marble and other acid-sensitive materials from splashes and fumes
• Do not allow the cleaning solution to dry on the surface
• Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water after use
• Ensure good ventilation during and after application
• Product is corrosive and can cause severe skin burns and eye damage
• Wear suitable protective gloves, clothing and eye/face protection
• Always follow the current product label and safety information before use
