How to Use

1. Read the Label: Before use, carefully read the manufacturer's application and safety instructions on the product label and wear the required protective equipment.

2. Apply Carefully: Carefully apply Knock Out Sinks, Showers & Baths Unblocker directly into the affected waste fitting or pipework in accordance with the dosage instructions on the product label.

3. Allow to Work: Allow the sodium hydroxide formulation sufficient time to work on accumulated fats, grease, hair and other organic deposits, following the contact time stated on the product label.

4. Flush Thoroughly: Once the blockage has cleared and water is flowing correctly, flush the waste pipe thoroughly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

5. Maintenance: For general maintenance, use only as directed on the product label to help prevent the accumulation of organic deposits that can cause slow-running waste pipes.

Dilution

Ready to use. Do not dilute unless specifically instructed on the product label.

Important Information

• Contains sodium hydroxide and is corrosive
• Avoid contact with chrome and stainless steel
• Do not mix with any other chemicals or drain-cleaning products
• Never mix alkaline drain cleaners with acid-based products
• Use suitable protective gloves and eye/face protection
• Use only in well-ventilated areas
• Do not use a plunger while the product is present in the waste pipe
• Where a kitchen waste disposal unit is fitted, use Knock Out Biological Drain Treatment instead
• Where pipework is connected to a septic tank, use Knock Out Biological Drain Treatment instead
• Keep out of reach of children
