Dr. Schutz Quick Fix Antislip is a clear, water-based anti-slip floor coating designed to improve slip resistance across a wide range of compatible interior hard floors.

The easy-to-apply coating provides an effective slip-resistant finish without significantly altering the appearance of the flooring. Requiring only one coat for standard application, Quick Fix Antislip provides a convenient and cost-effective solution for areas where increased floor safety is required.

Once treated, the surface achieves a Pendulum Test Value (PTV) of 36+ in both wet and dry conditions and has been tested in accordance with BS 7976-2.

How to Use

1. Prepare the Floor: Ensure the floor is thoroughly clean and free from grease, dirt and other contamination before application.

2. Deep Clean if Required: Where necessary, clean and prepare the surface using Dr. Schutz Clean & Strip according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Allow to Dry: Allow the prepared floor to dry completely before applying Quick Fix Antislip.

4. Prepare the Product: Shake Quick Fix Antislip thoroughly before use.

5. Apply: Apply one even coat using a suitable roller. Work consistently across the surface and avoid excessive application or product build-up.

6. Allow to Dry: Under suitable conditions, the treated floor can be carefully walked on after approximately 2 hours. Allow sufficient drying time before returning the floor to normal use.

7. Maintain: Periodically recoat the floor as required to maintain effective slip resistance.

Recoating & Maintenance

To maintain effective slip resistance, periodic recoating may be required depending on the level of traffic. Recommended recoating intervals are approximately:

Low Traffic / Domestic Areas: Every 6 months
Medium Traffic / Commercial Areas: Every 3 months
High Traffic / Busy Commercial Areas: Every month

Before recoating, thoroughly clean the floor using a suitable Dr. Schutz cleaner and allow the surface to dry completely. Shake Quick Fix Antislip thoroughly, apply one even coat with a suitable roller and allow the coating to dry before returning the floor to use.
