Barrettine Low Odour White Spirit is a higher-grade refined white spirit with a significantly reduced odour compared with traditional white spirit, making it particularly useful where a lower-odour solvent is preferred.

Suitable for cleaning paintbrushes, general cleaning and degreasing, it can also be used as a thinner for compatible modern oil and spirit-based paints where appropriate.

How to Use

Paintbrush Cleaning: Use Barrettine Low Odour White Spirit to clean compatible brushes and painting tools that have been used with suitable oil or spirit-based coatings. Follow the coating manufacturer's cleaning instructions.

General Cleaning & Degreasing: Apply as required to suitable surfaces or equipment, following the product label instructions. Test compatibility on an inconspicuous area where necessary.

Paint Thinning: When thinning compatible oil or spirit-based paints, use only where recommended by the paint manufacturer and follow the specified thinning ratio for that particular coating.

Dilution

Use as supplied for cleaning and degreasing applications. When used as a paint thinner, follow the paint manufacturer's recommended thinning instructions and ratios.
