How to Use

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry and free from grout, cement, grease and other residues.

2. Existing Surfaces: Existing tiled surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned with LTP Grimex and allowed to dry for approximately 24 hours before application.

3. Apply: Apply LTP Glaze Protector evenly using a lint-free cloth or sealant applicator pad, creating a thin and even film.

4. Build the Finish: Approximately 3 coats are normally applied, allowing around 1 hour between coats.

5. Increased Gloss: For a glossier finish, additional coats can be applied at right angles to the previous coat, up to a maximum of 6 coats.

6. Allow to Cure: The sealer hardens after approximately 1 hour but requires around 3 days to reach full hardness and water resistance.

Coverage

Approximately 30–40m² per litre per coat, depending on the surface and application.

• Between Coats: Approximately 1 hour

• Maximum: Up to 6 coats for increased gloss

Cleaning & Maintenance

Maintain treated floors with LTP Floorshine to help preserve the appearance and protective finish. Avoid using strong detergents on sealed surfaces.

Important Information

• Always test on an inconspicuous area before full application
• Do not over-apply
• Too many coats can cause unwanted product build-up
• Do not apply to rubber floors
• Keep the treated surface dry while the sealer fully cures
• Maintain treated floors with LTP Floorshine
• Avoid strong detergents on sealed surfaces
