Karndean Universal Adhesive is a high-performance, fibre-reinforced flooring adhesive designed for the installation of Karndean gluedown luxury vinyl tiles and planks.
Its fibre-reinforced formulation helps reduce lateral movement during installation while providing excellent initial grab, shear resistance and indentation resistance. This helps reduce the risk of open joints and peaking while providing a secure bond for demanding flooring installations.
Suitable for heavy-wear domestic and commercial environments, Karndean Universal Adhesive is solvent-free, odourless during installation and compatible with suitable underfloor heating systems.

How to Use
1. Prepare the Subfloor: Ensure the subfloor is clean, smooth, dry, sound and correctly prepared before application.
2. Apply the Adhesive: Spread Karndean Universal Adhesive evenly across the prepared substrate using an A2 notched trowel.
3. Allow to Air: Allow up to approximately 10 minutes airing time, depending on the substrate and installation conditions.
4. Install the Flooring: Place the Karndean tiles or planks into the adhesive within the recommended working time.
5. Working Time: The adhesive provides approximately 20 minutes working time under suitable installation conditions.
6. Complete the Installation: Ensure the flooring is correctly rolled and installed in accordance with Karndean's current installation instructions.
