Dr. Schutz ScratchFix Repair Set is a professional floor repair kit designed for the partial renovation of scratches and stress whitening on vinyl, LVT, PVC design floors and other compatible resilient floor coverings.
The complete kit contains two specialist repair products for different levels of damage. The PU Repair Spray is designed to restore areas affected by fine surface scratches, while the PU Repair Pen is used to fill and repair deeper individual scratches.
Supplied with the necessary preparation and finishing accessories, ScratchFix makes it possible to carry out targeted repairs without renovating the entire floor. The system is designed to closely match the gloss level of modern design flooring for a discreet, professional-looking repair.

How to Use – PU Repair Pen for Deeper Scratches
1. Clean the Area: Thoroughly clean the damaged area so it is free from dirt, grease and other contamination.
2. Prepare the Scratch: Prepare and smooth the damaged scratch using the supplied accessories, then remove all resulting dust before repair.
3. Prepare the Pen: Shake the PU Repair Pen thoroughly and prepare it for use according to the supplied instructions.
4. Apply: Carefully guide the pen along the scratch, applying the repair product only where required.
5. Finish: Allow approximately 10–15 minutes before making any necessary adjustments to the gloss level.
6. Allow to Dry: The repaired floor can return to normal use after approximately 6 hours.
How to Use – PU Repair Spray for Fine Scratches
1. Clean the Area: Ensure the damaged area is thoroughly clean, dry and free from grease.
2. Prepare the Surface: Prepare the damaged area using the supplied grey abrasive pad, then remove all dust before spraying.
3. Shake Well: Shake the PU Repair Spray thoroughly before application.
4. Apply: Spray evenly over the damaged area from approximately 30–40cm away.
5. Build the Repair: For best results, apply 2–3 light applications, allowing approximately 5–10 minutes between each application.
6. Allow to Dry: Allow the repaired surface to dry thoroughly. Normal use is possible after approximately 6 hours.
